leadership?
Mercyhurst College offers an outstanding program for pre-service
teachers. By joining with others who aspire to achieve excellence in their
profession,
students can begin to develop leadership skills during their pre-service
training. The field of education has undergone significant changes in the
past few years, and will continue to experience ongoing changes
as accountability and expectations realign with the purpose of public education.
This data-
driven climate requires leadership on the part of every professional in
the field, as we face challenges and changes that are reshaping the classroom
before our eyes. By creating a forum for discussion, we hope to further
prepare the next generation of professional educators to lead the way for
change with excellence and wisdom.
